- Any file you choose to upload (for example an existing electrical certificate or a photograph).
- Basic technical data such as your approximate location and device type, used only to route and secure requests.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote and arrange an inspection or job.
- To keep a record of the work carried out and issue compliance certificates.
- To send renewal reminders where you have an ongoing compliance requirement.
Our lawful bases are the performance of a contract (or steps taken at your request before a contract) and our legitimate interest in operating and improving our services.
How it is stored
Form submissions are processed by Netlify (our hosting provider) and stored in our managed database. We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal and insurance record-keeping obligations, after which it is deleted.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the engineers and sub-processors needed to deliver your service, and where required by law.
Your rights
