These terms govern your use of the Polarity Electrics London website and the submission of enquiries through it. By using the site you agree to them.
Our services
We provide electrical compliance testing, inspection, remedial and installation services across London and the South East. Prices shown by the on-site calculators and price lists are indicative estimates. A final fixed price is confirmed after a survey and will never exceed the estimate without your sign-off.
Quotes and bookings
Submitting an enquiry or booking request does not create a binding contract. A contract is formed only once we confirm the scope, price and date in writing and you accept it.
Certificates
Certificates are issued only for work we have carried out or verified. The public certificate-verification tool is provided for convenience; the definitive record is the certificate document itself.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about the property and installation.
- Ensure safe and reasonable access for our engineers.
- Only upload documents and photographs you are entitled to share.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
